FringeSport offers a 365-day no-drama return policy. If a customer is not 100% satisfied with the purchase, they can return it within 365 days. Within the first 30 days, if a customer decides that they don’t want the item that they ordered, FringeSport can send a return label and have the customer ship the item back for free.

As for the shipping policy, FringeSport ships all in-stock products the same or the next business day. Orders placed before 2pm CT will be shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm CT will go out the next business day. Base shipping is free to all of the lower 48 United States on all orders. They use USPS, UPS, and Freight Services for shipping carriers. They choose the most cost-efficient carrier(s) for all orders. There may be additional fees for shipping to U.S. islands, including but not limited to Nantucket and the Florida Keys. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, there are additional charges. For potential customers from Canada, Mexico, and any international customers, they can send an email to team@fringesport.com for a quote for gear and the most cost-effective shipping. Please note, if a customer's country charges duty fees, taxes, and import fees, those fees do not come from FringeSport. These come from the customer's government and those fees will need to be paid before the customer is able to receive their gear. FringeSport is only responsible for charging for the gear and the shipping fees. Any additional charges will be the customer's responsibility to pay upon receipt of the items.
